ESL (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE)

What is ESL and why is it important in adult education?

English as a Second Language is offered to students whose first language is not English. Support of tutors, instructors and other individuals can make the process easier for a student learning their non- native language. ESL classes are offered in various levels depending upon the entry level of the student. These classes build foundational skills to help students succeed in their educational and career endeavors.
